Refund policy

Dear Learner, thank you for your purchase in TopMarks. We are confident that you will enjoy going through our Course lessons. In case you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, be rest assured, we will offer you a full refund. No questions asked, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. Only Class Courses and Art & Craft Courses are eligible for refund.
  2. Art & Craft Patterns are not eligible for refund as it contains a downloadable digital content.
  3. You have a trial period of Seven (7) days to go through the Course lessons and check if it matches your requirement. In case you are not satisfied you are entitled to Cancel your purchase from ‘My Orders’ page and get a full refund. For multiple courses purchased in an order, individual course needs to be cancelled separately and within the grace period of Seven (7) days from the date of purchase to be eligible for a refund.
  4. After the trial period of seven (7) days, you are not permitted to Cancel a course and get a refund. The exceptions being: (i) If a course you previously purchased is disabled, archived for legal or policy reasons, you are entitled to a refund beyond this 7-day time limit. (ii) In cases of suspected or confirmed account fraud.
  5. If at our discretion, if we believe you are abusing our refund policy, such as if you’ve gone through or covered a significant portion of a course that you want to refund or if you are frequently purchasing and then cancelling the courses previously refunded, we reserve the right to deny your refund, ban your account, and/or restrict all future use of our Services at our sole discretion. If we ban your account or disable your access to a course due to your violation of our ‘Terms of Use’, you will not be eligible to receive a refund.

When you cancel a course and the refund has been approved, you will receive the amount in our original mode of payment within the next Seven (7) working days. In case you have still not received the refund in the standard time frame mentioned above, you contact your card issuer or your bank or mobile wallet provider for more information. Refunds will not be issued in cash or paper cheque.
